In the preceding 12 months, we have not sold personal or private information for any of our clients or website users, nor do we intend to do so in the future. In the past 12 months we have shared, or in the future intend to share, only information required to satisfy the needs of providers and services identified in Section V. Who We Share Information With.

    We or our vendors may use "Cookies," which are tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and pixels, to collect certain information from you when you interact with our website. We use Cookies for various purposes, such as:

    Our website is currently hosted on the Ionos.com platform. Your data may be stored through Ionos.com’s data storage, databases and the general Ionos applications, and through other third party data storage providers. Your data will be stored on secure servers behind a firewall.

    All direct payment gateways used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

    XII. Children's Online Privacy

    We do not market to children and our Services are not intended for persons under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have received any personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.

    XIII. Compliance With State Laws

    To the extent we are required to comply with the privacy laws of the various states, this Privacy Policy shall be construed to comply with such laws. We are not presently subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020.

    We may modify this Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes will be effective immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

    You may opt out of disclosure of your Personal Information to other parties, including our affiliates, for their direct marketing purposes.     Please note that in most cases we will not honor requests to delete personal information, because it is reasonably necessary for us to maintain personal information for a variety of legitimate business and regulatory purposes, including, without limitation, those purposes set forth in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.105(d).
