Systems-Sensitive Leadership
Now in an expanded second-edition, Systems-Sensitive Leadership sells widely in business and corporate circles. While originally written for church leaders and church-related organizations, only one of the book's three sections deals specifically with churches. The balance is equally applicable to any organizational setting.
Section One provides an extensive overview of the Graves model. Then Section Three concludes the book with an advanced introduction to the model for those who want to delve into it more deeply.

Systems Preference Profile
Leaders, managers, and trainers often need to know how the Graves systems are represented in their organization. The Systems Preference Profile is an easily administered, self-scoring instrument that helps answer that question.
The Profile takes 15-20 minutes to complete. It can be administered to everyone in a small organization, or to a cross-section sampling in a larger organization. The Profile identifies the relative strength of the six Graves systems that most frequently shape corporate culture.
There are two versions of the Profile, one for general business and organizational settings, the other for church and religious settings.
